This is all as easy as toast.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like us to preserve and frame your bouquet.   We need to know when you are getting married and your email address.

Prior to the wedding, obtain a shipping container for the bouquet.   We recommend an inexpensive styrofoam cooler.   In the summer months, buy and freeze some blue ice.  Tape this to the bottom of the cooler just before shipping.   Both of these items are readily available.

After the wedding, refrigerate, but do not wet, the flowers.   Do check that the oasis (the green center of the bouquet) is wet.  If it is dry, carefully add water with a squirt bottle or spritzer till saturated.   Or, if you have an arm style bouquet (exposed stems), wrap the stems in wet paper towels and then cover with plastic.  As soon as possible after the wedding have a friend or relative gently wrap and ship the bouquet to us priority mail.   The flowers will arrive just fine.

Fill out our online quote form to generate your personalized quote. If possible, please print out the resultant quote and send it with your flowers.  If you haven't decided which frame or mat color you would like, or if you change your preference, then you can make those decisions later.  We require a non-refundable deposit of $60 to begin flower preservation. This can be paid online at Paypal.Com or you are welcome to send a check along with your flowers.

In about two weeks thereafter we will contact you and walk you through the process choosing a frame, mat color, size and shape, and style.  You may possibly have questions that are not answered on our FAQ page.   If so, please call or email us.

Thank You
